Mountain Magic

Day 12 - Dzonglha (4830m): Yak (or a Nak?) moving towards Ama Dablam (6856m)
Just came back to Kathmandu after 3 weeks of Himalaya extravaganza. After 3 high passes, 4 summits, Mt. Everest Basecamp, various lakes, uncountable Daalbaths, 3 blisters, 0 tablets of Diamox, 2 hot water bottles, 900gr of Superdown in my puffer jacket, 2 times washed hair, 1 bath at 4890m, 38 tablets of Mircopur... my knees made more than 10 vertical km up and down and ca. 150km on the map. Almost 2 weeks were on 4700m and more, so good to breath more than 50% of normal oxygen content again! Time to digest the hundreds of pictures and amazing views on the world's highest peaks. So beautiful. More images and more to come soon.

ps: for the few who were concerned about me - the crashed plane yesterday was my booked airline for today but it crashed in a different location than mine - god sake.

Day 11 - on top of Kala Patthar (5550m): View straight on Mt Everest (8848m) - almost there

Day 5 - Morning in Tengboche (3860m):
View on Nuptse (7861m), Mt Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8516m) and the shadow
created by Ama Dablam (6856m) - not a bad morning!
